Establish a Guild

Maki[Dynasty] (re-writen by: M3GaHeatman

- Once you reach level 20 you become elegible to create a guild, you must find (NPC) - Saul, in Sky City.

- When you speak to Saul he will have you complete a task which is to kill the Skeleton Warrior Horror, The Death Warrior [Boss] deep inside Skeleton Hole III and then report back to him.

--Quest EXP = 30,000

--Quest Item = Overlords Certificate

- Once you have finished the quest you will need the Overlords Certificate and 2000000(2millions) and the certificate to get a portable guild stone.

Once you get the portable guild stone,  then in Uptown(in case of Dinasty) near the mage you see alot of floating things all around it, these are all guilds.

What you do is chose a location around that area because you can only make permanent guild sites in uptown.

Then you can enter your fortress and start recruiting. To recruit peopple need to go to the Baron where you got your guild and then choose in the inumerous list of guilds the one wich is yours and try to get themselfs recruited.

After accepting them they are in, you will need to get 5 peopple in 48 hours or your guild will be destroyed. So do it fast.

Guild Resources

Maki Dynasty (re-writen by: Jaigan)

- Once you have established your guild fortress you must now begin to build and upgrade it. There are five kinds of resources that the guild needs to build and upgrade.

Wood, Sulfer, Mercurial, Stone, and Crystal

- These rare resources are found by mining, chopping, gathering through the Living Skills, (ie. when chooping wood there is a small % chance you will recieve one of these resources at random).

- To deposit these resources into the guilds storage you do not need a warehouse you can just drag and drop them into the guild warehouse window and they will be collected and the quantities updated.

- Each building in your guild fort needs a certain amount of some or all of the five resouces along with guild exp. and 1,000,000 gold to start construction.

Guild War

Written by: Jaigan

- Where to Declare a War

If you want to declair a war with another guild you must goto the Parilament Foreign affairs building inside your guild fortress and find the guilds name in the list, once you highlight that guild you can select the War button and it will ask you for a confirmation, by clicking confirm you have sent the War invitation. (If a guild is still new it will give you a message saying you can not war this guild it is still too new).

Declaring War

To be eligible to participate in a guild war the guild must be at least seven days old, "this is a protection measure for new guilds", after seven days a war can be declared upon another guild as well as one upon your own guild.

Guild ranks that can declare war are the President, Vice President and Foreign Minister. A war declaration can be made at any time of day but once you have declared a war you cannot declare another war against the same guild again for 24 hours, (so it can not be a war of attrition, time-consuming effort to wear down the other side).

Once the President, Vice President or Foreign Minister sends the war declaration a form of a truce offer is automatically made by requesting to pay tribute, (blackmail) and the defending guild must pay the fee or the war will begin. The defending guild is asked to pay a certain amount to make a truce, if they pay this truce (blackmail) the battle will not begin and it is the end of the war.

 After receiving the notice of declaration of war the following conditions will result in beginning the war;
 1. Defending guild has less gold then the amount of blackmail requested by the attacking guild.
 2. Defending guild members with diplomatic privileges refuses to pay the amount of truce (blackmail).
 3. Defending guild does not respond within five minutes to pay the truce fee, (blackmail), will automatically reject it.

After the war is accepted or otherwise unavoidable the defending guild can set a start time within seven hours to officially begin the war their choices are 0/3/5/ and 7 hours before starting to let them prepare for and to study countermeasures and tactics. If the defending guild does not reply to the blackmail in five minutes the default time till start of war is 20:00 pst. *After the war is over the guild cannot be warred again for 24 hours.

The War

Once the war begins the attacking guild has two hours to achieve the victory conditions and the two guilds will enter the special warfare map. The defending guild will have to rely on their defensive abilities consisting of their wall, guards and guild members to protect their, "Heart of Guild".

Guild War

-Victory conditions:
 1. Attacking guild successfully destroys the enemys "Heart of Guild".
 2. Attacking guild fails to destroy the "Heart of Guild", the defending guild wins.

The Attacking and Defending guilds both have an entry point and it will be where you spawn in when you enter the battlefield from the outside, for example if you return to town and once again join the battle you will be sent to the spawn point.  It is not recommended to use the return to city option since the time to get back into the battle is the key to victory.

Once the war officially begins, the attacking guild must get past the defending guilds fortress wall, the difficulty of the wall depends on its level and it can be very difficult to break once upgraded. The defending guild not only has their wall to rely on but also the assistance of NPC guards that they can place on the city walls to help beat back the attacking guild. It is possible to build a very strong defense able to suppress invaders at the walls without the need to dispatch troops and only rely on the solid walls and your powerful NPC Guards to defend your city from attacking guilds.

In the future you will be able to use the "Magic Tower," as a very strong defense by placing attack firewalls, fire ditches, poison gas, corrosion and more.

After the attacking guild destroys the defending guilds walls, they are able to get into the castle for street fighting, the attacking guilds target will be the "Heart of Guild" so they can get the victory.  The defending guilds primary task is to prevent it from being damaged.

The Enemys Defeat

If the defending guild is defeated all of their buildings will be reduced in level, If all the buildings are at the lowest level of construction and cannot be reduced in level any further the defeated guild will dissolve. All members of the winning guild will recieve prestige and reputation, the defeated guild will loose prestige and reputation.
